Chili Spirit (Pueblo Chile “white whiskey) with Mira Sol Jammin’ Jelly
We had this most spectacular combination recently, and were astounded!
Awesome flavor, great complexity with TWO ingredients

1.5 oz  parts Chili Spirit from Rising Sun Distillery in Denver
1 barspoon/teaspoon Hacienda Maize Mira Sol Chile Jammin’ Jelly
Neat or over ice. N-I-C-E! Garnish with lime, cilantro, chile slice…

Hacienda Diablo Martini
5 parts vodka
.5 part Hacienda Maize Diablo Jammin’ Jelly
Shake over ice. Garnish with fresh orange and…

These next are from Mo Hodges, formerly of great Denver restaurants and now in San Francisco:

Mojito (aka “Mo-Heat-o”)
1.5 oz aged or spiced rum
.75 oz coconut rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
1 barspoon (teaspoon) Hacienda Maize Mira Sol Chile Jammin’ Jelly

Club soda
Garnish of mint and lime

Combine main ingredients with ice in a shaker.  Shake vigorously to release mint oils. Pour contents into a pint glass, top off with club soda and garnish with a healthy mint sprig and lime slice.

Hacienda Spicy Whiskey Sour
1.5 oz Bulleit Rye
1 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz green Chartreuse
1 slice orange
1 sprig rosemary
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.5 barspoon (teaspoon) Hacienda Maize Jalapeño Diablo Jammin’ Jelly

Ginger beer
Club soda
Garnish of orange and rosemary

Muddle orange and rosemary in a shaker.  Add ice and main ingredients. Shake; strain into an iced old-fashioned glass.  Top off with ginger beer and/or club soda.  Garnish with a flamed orange and a rosemary sprig.
